Masking Technique..

is one of my favorite way of altering printed paper, it's easy to do and it really looks great.  Today is  Trendy Tuesday over at  Quick Quotes blog, and it's my turn to share. I am really a fast and simple scrapper but this technique is so easy anyone can do it.  I am pretty sure if you are a scrapper you've come across this technique already.
