Girls Bib Dress Clear Scraps

Hello everyone! Today I have this  adorable project I wanted to share with you! I don't mind having another girl to complete this album.....grand daughter that is! I created this for my Clear Scraps team and it's up on the blog right now. I had so much fun putting this together. I normally have a hard time creating without pictures but not with this little dress chipboard it's just like dressing up an actual girl, it is really SO much fun!!! I used different shades of pink papers and embellishments, great way to use my stash. Can you tell how much I love this project?!? :)

Other supplies used: Imaginisce Love You More Paper Collection, Heidi swapp Paper & Flowers, May Arts Ribbons, Making Memories, Ki Memories, My Minds Eye Paper, 7Gypsies Stamp, Quick Quotes Vellum Quotes and Creative Imaginations Transparency.

Thanks for peeking into my simple life.......until next time!!

Imaginisce I-Top Tool....

Hello everyone! I have a quick project turorial of how to use the I-top tool and make your own buttons for embellishment. This week is all about the I-top buttons over at Imaginisce blog, so if you want a lot of inspiration head on over to the blog.
Here is a simple card I made....

Here is a closer look for you.

Here are the supplies I used to make my own buttons.

This is a little trick that works well for me, I use a double sided adhesive tape in the middle of the punch out paper that I will use to cover/design the button.

Then position the half part of the button in the middle. This will make it easier for the next step.

Make sure the heads (tool) are tighten before use, the heads will not line up together if they're not tight. Squezze the handle down to push the button inside the head.

Fold the paper inside as shown, then put the backing of the buttons using the tool smaller head, you will hear a small click once it's correctly place in position.

Open the rubber head to pull out the completed button.

Now it's ready for use. Fast and easy!!!

I used glue gun to attached it on my projects.

Thanks for peeking into my simple life!!! Untile next time....

Audrianna's 12th Birthday!!

Hello, hello!!! It has been a while since I post about stuff -life in general, besides my scrapbook projects that I get to share with you of course. But today I thought I should start and write again, journal a little bit of what's happening. I'll start this year with Audrianna's 12th birthday. Our first family get together since Christmas. Almost 2 whole month, it feels longer for some reason.  I love spending time with my sisters/family, we are a bit crazy! and of course the good food. Maribel made the best b-b-que chicken and baked salmon, Joan always takes care of the gorgeous cakes, Kuya Rey has his own recipe of the moist and tender pork  and Dolly and her pinakbet -sautéed mixed vegetables in salted tiny shrimps, a true Filipino recipe. And,  I made my according to my friends and family - delicious phad-thai, it's very time consuming to make but it's all worth it.  So we eat and talk and eat and talk, just a fun loving time!

Anyhow this celebration is my niece, Audrianna's 12th birthday. It's sometime hard to believe she's 12. Where did all the time goes! I am just amazed how grown up she is now and how beautiful person she become!!

So, here are the YUMMY cakes. That's the name of the bakery, for real! :)

Ready to blow the candle with sister Malayah and Grandma.

Everybody's drooling and waiting for the piece of Yummy cake!

Ate and Kuya Rey, still crazy after all the years!

My sister Cora and Christy! Looking good!

My sister in law Dolly, my Mom and Ate Mila!

Serious gaming!!

How cute are they! Ari loves the girls....

Beautiful smile Audrianna and I got your picture Ari!

Keep them from running around the house, I guess! :)

Just having fun....

Lucky Audrianna in now the owner of the brand new I-Pad. Miguel's a little jealous!

Love this photo of MalayaH!
The whole gang, minus the boys - they're in the back room!

Saving the best for last, this photo is my favorite of all!!
